Sol Martin Ramirez

Being born and raised in Oregon as a first-generation Latina, with family originating from Mexico, has not been easy. With hard work and dedication, I graduated from high school and became the first in my family to graduate from university with a bachelor’s degree in HR.

My work experience while navigating through school was in customer service/retail. Since then, I gained confidence & skills in communicating, being work efficient and delegating problems. My job after university was at a company where payroll and certain HR functions were my tasks. I acquired a lot of knowledge but most certainly built great relationships with the employees. I take pride in being workable, honest, and consistent.

A dream career of mine–real estate. As my family purchased a home early in the year of 2022, I got to experience the real estate journey and was driven to do just the same for other families.

My goal is to make each client's experience unique; as we all have different needs. Although buying or selling a home can have some challenges, I am here to facilitate those complexities, guide you, and work diligently to ensure that your needs are met.
