Deanna Cintas
Hi! My name is Deanna and I share a home with my cat, Mimi, who I brought back to Oregon from Alaska in 2006. College is what brought me to Oregon in 1997. After college, a couple years of Americorps, grad school, and using my degrees for 10 years or so I found myself in the real estate industry - initially as a transaction coordinator, then a licensed assistant. I have been full time as a real estate agent since June of 2015 and I have had dozens of transactions, some of which have been very unique and challenging. To say I have learned a lot is an understatement.
Many of my friends comment on my energy level and how I seem to be involved in all kinds of things. I am really good at making people feel welcome and included. Building rapport comes easily to me, so naturally my clients also become friends. I am attentive, engaged and here to serve clients through the transaction process, whether they are the seller or the buyer.
I love to read non-fiction, watch documentaries, and travel internationally and domestically. Through these experiences not only have I learned a lot about human behavior and cultures, but they have increased my ability to understand, relate to, and interact with all sorts of clients. Giving back to others is important to me as well, and I love to support and promote fellow vegan professionals whenever I can. I co-founded two non-profits, am on the board of another, and volunteer weekly with another org. Volunteering has been something I have always been engaged in. It is no surprise that I am organized and community oriented. These skills, which are some of the strongest I possess, give me an advantage in real estate and managing transactions.
Professionally, whether clients are selling their current home or are on the hunt to find and purchase a home, I provide an experience that is as smooth as possible, while offering guidance on each step along the way. My background in education, counseling, and the non-profit field enables me to provide a experience from start to finish (and beyond) with active listening and rapport building at the forefront of all interactions. I treat each client like they are my only client.
